Rock Church Cemetery is located on County Road 362 one-half mile east of FM 1467. County Road 362 turns to the east off FM 1467 two miles north of the city limits of Blanket, Texas, the closest town to the cemetery. The cemetery is situated in the southwest corner of subdivision 33, which is located in abstract 134, survey 42 of the Comanche County School Land. Approximately .256 of an acre in the northeast corner of the cemetery is in Comanche County. Texas, and 1.92 acres are located in Brown County, Texas.
Mrs. Lillie (Gaines) Richmond was the Cemetery Association's secretary for 28 years and her son Mr. Jule Richmond is the President of the Association. This Cemetery is very well maintained. The first survey was in March 1972 by E. T. & Hazel Wetzel. Updated by Jim & Georgia Rodgers in 2000.
