These old plans were discovered in a local antique store in 2005 and turned over to the Brown County Historical Commission.  We reprint them here for your enjoyment as the museum was never able to build the addition onto the old county jail.  The original plan was to have a two story addition added to the jail for more exhibit space and convert the second floor of the jail for exhibits.  Instead, the museum purchased a building across the street from the jail, remodeled it and converted it into exhibit and work space.  We start here with page one of 12 pages of plans.  Just click on the number above to go to additional pages.  "Home Page" above will take you back to the main page of this web site.
